As a mobile trainer, I can provide sessions where you live, using your local environment, such as community sports fields, parks, trails and even your back garden.
I will provide all of the equipment that will be required for your training making it fun, enjoyable and purposeful, all you need is commitment to fulfil your goals.
Clients can keep in touch between sessions with online support either by emailing me directly or through twitter and facebook, tapping into my advice and motivation to keep you on track with your targets.
