Beginner Programmes are designed for the individual that wants to improve their fitness/activity levels, promote weight management and increase health potential and well-being.

I would work on improving your basic conditioning, strength and promote functional fitness supporting a decrease in any possible health issues (hypertension, cholesterol improvement of existing medical conditions).

These sessions are designed to improve individual muscular strength, functional fitness and overall aerobic endurance.

  • Light resistance work using dumbbells, kettle bells and resistance bands

  • Functional exercises to promote balance, co-ordination and basic fitness levels

  • Exercises to reduce body weight and waist measures

  • Exercises to improve Cardiovascular and aerobic fitness
