The advanced training is more appropriate for individuals that already have a good level of fitness; it may be sports specific guidance or individuals that want support training for competition and reach their potential for maximum performance.
The sessions may involve plyometric training, speed drills, agility, power and body weight exercises involving high intensity routines.
- Advanced running training, including Fartlek training, lactic acid system and Creatine Phosphate training
- Advanced weight training techniques such as negatives, partial repetition, post/pre exhaust and super set training
- An improvement in core strength. Training includes plank, bridge and body weight exercises
